Invertebrates

Invertebrates are often overlooked during the development process, but they are vital to the equilibrium that may exist in that area.

They are the basis of many food chains and are also vital pollinators for wildflowers. Some invertebrates are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (as amended) and the Natural Environment Rural Communities (NERC) Act 2001. They can also be found on the UK Biodiversity Action Plan (UK BAP) priority species, and therefore cannot be overlooked during the development process.

We are licensed to carry out invertebrate surveys in Staffordshire and anywhere else in the UK and our prices for invertebrate surveys start at £350.
